We felt very comfortable from the first contact until getting started as new owner of a house in Madeira. Especially for us as guests, not speaking portugese language and not knowing the usual principles and procedures on the Island, his experience and support was much more than we expected.

He explained the relevant rules of Madeira Island to us in excellent english language and in an always friendly and patient way of communication, not only in preparation of the deed and the contact with bank and notaria, but even after the deed in supporting the registration for electricity and water supply for our house.

He feels responsible until the moment all necessary prerequisites were fulfilled to handle the bought object in the new surrounding.
